Reservations and cancellations

• Reservations can be made online up to 48 hours before the booking. Within 48 hours before the booking you can inquire by phone or via WhatsApp whether there is still the possibility to play.

• You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your reservation. If you have not received a confirmation email, the reservation has not gone through and you have not reserved.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. In case of cancellation within 48 hours, €25,- will be charged.

• In case of cancellation within 24 hours or if you do not show up for the appointment at all, €35 will be charged.

• In the confirmation email you will find a 'cancel the appointment' link to cancel your appointment.

• You can pay on location with your debit card or cash.

• Business groups can also pay with a post-payment invoice.

• Groups that have a package also pay afterwards with an invoice.

Number of players

Crazy Farmer / Prisoner of War

• You can play with a team of min. 2 and max. 7 people simultaneously in one escape room.

• If you want to participate with more than 7 people, it is best to book at least two rooms.

The Final Battle

• You can play the battle variant with 6 - 14 people (two teams of 3 - 7).

• If you want to play with less than 6 people, it is a very challenging game. It is possible to play 2 against 2 (or 3). The game is then challenging and only suitable for the experienced escape room player. The costs of the game are then € 125, - per group.

Participation

• We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes in advance.

• From the age of 14, you can take on the challenge of escaping from the escape room. Younger children are also welcome, provided they are accompanied by at least one adult.

• People under the influence of alcohol/drugs cannot start.

• Access to the escape room and playing this game is entirely at your own risk.
